Derived from hardy South African Delosperma species growing in rocky arid habitats, ‘Desert Dancer Purple’ was selected for long flowering, strong vigor, and rich purple blooms suitable for cold-climate gardens.
Description:
‘Desert Dancer Purple’ forms low evergreen mats approximately 2–4 inches tall and 18–24 inches wide. Rich purple daisy-like flowers cover the succulent foliage from late spring through summer, attracting pollinators and adding vivid color to dry landscapes.
