Origin and Habitat:
This hybrid Delosperma originates from South African succulent species adapted to rocky, nutrient-poor environments with seasonal drought and intense sunlight. ‘Limoncello Wonder’ was selected for its unusually bright lemon-yellow flowers and improved garden performance.
Description:
‘Limoncello Wonder’ produces dense evergreen mats 2–4 inches tall and up to 24 inches wide. Succulent foliage is covered with bright lemon-yellow flowers from late spring into summer. The cheerful blooms brighten rock gardens, retaining walls, and gravel landscapes while providing excellent drought tolerance.
