Myrtillocactus
The four species that make up the Myrtillocactus genus are found from Mexico to Guatemala. The most well know and widely collected is Myrtillocactus geometrizans. Myrtillocactus geometrizans cristatas are some of the most desirable cristata cacti to be found. These plants are quite fast growing which makes them ideal for grafting stock. Specimens that are only 12” tall can grow arms making them very rewarding cacti to collect.
