Trichocereus peruvianus, also known as the Peruvian Torch Cactus, is native to the high-altitude regions of the Andes in Peru. It thrives in arid, rocky environments with well-draining soil and receives intense sunlight during the day while experiencing cool temperatures at night. This species has adapted to harsh conditions, making it highly resilient to drought and temperature fluctuations.

Description:
This hybrid, Trichocereus peruvianus 2 x T. peruvianus Bonny, exhibits a striking columnar growth habit, reaching heights of up to 10 feet (300 cm) and 4–6 inches (10–15 cm) in diameter. Its blue-green epidermis is adorned with pronounced ribs and golden to brown spines that enhance its visual appeal. During the flowering season, it produces large, nocturnal, trumpet-shaped white flowers with a sweet fragrance, attracting pollinators.
