Accepted Scientific Name: Lithops schwantesii C107

Origin and Habitat:
This species is native to southern Namibia and the Northern Cape of South Africa, thriving on stony flats and gravel plains where quartzite pebbles dominate. The C107 collection number denotes a locality with strong brown to reddish body tones, adapted to blending with ironstone gravels. Rainfall is low and sporadic, supporting their cryptic, drought-adapted form.
